2003 Gibson SG Special - Gold Top Custom

Here we have a guitar that just works. Beginning as a 2003 Gibson SG Special with a nice rare variant having an ebony fretboard it has been loving customised by us to the beautiful beast it is now. As with all our in-house customised guitars - we only customise/ build guitars that we love and wish were factory produced but either are not or not any more.

This is a 1 of 1 custom. You won't find another.

All our custom guitars come with a West End Vintage and Custom Guitars hard case with serial numbered plaque on the case.

• Body refinished in Nitrocellulose (Wicked Witch Gold Top)
• Stopbar delete
• Single P90 conversion (Lollar P90)
• Bumblebee Capacitor 
• Redundant control body holes delete
• Vibrola added
• Wraparound bridge added
• Custom cut pickguard with copper shielding backing
• Control and pickup cavity copper shielded 

Please note: All customised guitars started their journey with us as used instruments and are not without scratches, bumps, imperfections etc. Please refer to photos.
