Vox Guitars

Vox are famous for their innovative guitar designs, particularly the inbuilt effects that do away with the need for some pedals. They seem to have spent a lot of time trying to come up with something new, probably realising that there was not really any way they’d be able to compete with the likes of Fender in the production of a ‘rock standard guitar’.

Their guitars are well built, and due to their lack of association with stars like Clapton a decent vintage model can be picked up for a fraction of the cost of some other makes. You can also pick up some of the signature models for just a few hundred bucks.
